Designing new products or helping to grow and complete a new idea is part of our services. Pico Group engineers and designers design and analyze various parts and assemblies using up-to-date and specialized software. Having experience and knowing the stages and challenges of manufacturing a product is very important in designing better or providing suitable solutions for new ideas. Our group has made this possible with its experienced and expert staff.
With the advancement of measurement methods and the emergence of tools such as 3D scanners, it has become possible to reverse engineer a design with high accuracy in various dimensions. Reverse engineering services have made it possible to redesign worn parts or optimize an existing product with much greater accuracy and speed than previous traditional methods. Some parts, due to their complexity, cannot be redesigned without reverse engineering.
Prototyping before the costly manufacturing stages is very efficient and optimal. The 3D printer, using different materials such as ABS, PLA, etc., has made it possible to manufacture various parts at a lower cost. Also, sometimes it is not financially justified to make a mold or machine a part, at this time, the need for them can be completely met by 3D printing these parts (which are needed in limited numbers).
Thermal analysis of a mold or examining a part under different mechanical properties allows us to optimize the final product. Examining the lifespan of a part or the forces applied to it allows us to learn about the product's performance or revise their design to eliminate defects.
Mold construction and production of various products will be the final part of our chain. Mold design and manufacturing by our team has created coordination and increased the speed of its production stages. Also, producing parts with the help of devices such as plastic injection or CNC is another part of the facilities available in our collection.
By having all the above mentioned items together, the desired result can be achieved with greater speed and accuracy. It also saves costs. Proper understanding of the designer and manufacturer, the availability of each to fix existing defects, optimize products, etc. are some of the advantages of this work.
